Mental Health is Health and it's important to maintain our mental health with the same importance as prioritizing physical health. At any age, stress impacts our Mental Health and Wellbeing and 1 in 5 individuals will experience Mental Health problems / illness. We have various Mental Health Programs such as, Mental Health Forum, Resilience Workshop and Mental Health Chat detailed below. Our Mental Health programs are also incorporated into programs such as Seniors, Youth and Rare Disease with partners & experts such as Canadian Mental Health Association Durham, Ontario Shores, independent Social Workers, Psychotherapist, Psychiatrist and other experts to help support best Emotional Health.
Carion Fenn Foundation would like to invite you to join us in our Flag Raising Ceremony on November 1st, 2023, at 11:00 AM, Pickering City Hall, One The Esplanade, Pickering ON L1V 6K7, Canada in recognition of those impacted by Mental Health worldwide. November is Mental Health Awareness Month in the City of Pickering, as declared by Mayor Kevin Ashe and Council. We hope you will join us in showing support and help us removed the stigma surrounding Mental Health. Funded by the Pickering Mayor’s Gala.
