Patient / Individual ($25/annually)

Individuals who choose to become a member of Carion Fenn Foundation received benefits with the satisfaction of knowing that they are not alone and helping othes with Syringomyelia, Chiari Malformation and Rare Diseases. Affiliate Membership is open to organizations that provide products or services to persons with Syringomyelia, Chiari Malformation and Rare Diseases.
