Nutrition, Physical Health & Mental Health: Mariah Thomas, Former Professional Basketball Player - THMS Solutions Inc.

Mariah Thomas is a former professional and national team basketball player who has a passion for holistic health and fitness. As a professional basketball player Mariah was selected to the 2017-18 Canadian National Development Team that traveled to Japan and China. She also represented Canada in various European countries such as Italy, Czech Republic and Romania for the 2019 FIBA 3 x 3 games. Mariah’s professional career consisted of traveling overseas to Spain, France and Ireland. These opportunities have allowed her to experience new cultures and meet amazing people, while honing her skills and personally developing as an athlete and business professional. As her athletic career came to an end Mariah took her elite skills and expertise off the court and into the gym where she became a certified personal and group fitness trainer, and pre and postnatal specialist. Mariah has always had a burning desire to help others achieve their goals, develop and enjoy life; this was the foundation of Enrich Fit, a company she designed to empower women through holistic health. While personal training served a valuable purpose for several years and although Mariah was able to help countless women achieve their wellness and fitness goals, she soon realized that she would need to take a new approach in order to effectively address all eight pillars of holistic health. To be able to help her clients discover and develop each pillar, achieve their personal goals and live meaningful lives, Mariah worked diligently to gain more knowledge, more experience, and more skills as a Maxwell certified life coach. Through life coaching, Mariah understands the importance of mindset and self-awareness in achieving success, and she uses her expertise to guide her clients in overcoming obstacles, realizing their full potential and living with purpose. Coach Mariah is dedicated to helping her clients develop a positive self-image and mindset, build confidence and set achievable goals. She draws upon her years of experience in basketball and coaching, along with faith-based principles to facilitate a transformational experience for her clients, helping them to develop an empowered, purposeful life.
