At any age, stress impacts our Mental Health and Wellbeing

Each workshop is tailored to the needs of the participating organization or community, ensuring meaningful engagement and measurable impact. By equipping participants with knowledge, practical techniques, and a supportive framework for dialogue, the Alex Monaghan Resilience Workshop contributes to healthier workplaces, stronger communities, and improved mental well-being. Through a combination of expert speakers, lived-experience storytelling, interactive discussions, and practical resilience-building strategies (Break-out session / Q & A), the program helps participants recognize mental health challenges, reduce stigma, and strengthen coping skills.
The Alex Monaghan Resilience Workshop, delivered by the Carion Fenn Foundation, is a customized mental health initiative designed to empower individuals and organizations with the tools needed to build resilience, manage stress, and foster supportive environments where mental health can be openly discussed.
