The Clarington Public Library, The Municipality of Clarington and the Canadian Mental Health Association Durham is hosting its 4TH Annual Virtual Alex Monaghan Resilience Workshop

focusing on Anxiety & Depression.

No Cost. Limited Capacity.

This Workshop is to help with Anxiety & Depression, strengthen one's resilience with techniques to manage stress effectively. Attendees will be educated through Personal Story, Mental Health Experts, and a Break-out Session to help recognize, build, or strengthen one's resilience.
