Our programs and events — whether online, livestreamed, hybrid, or in-person — may be recorded, photographed, or otherwise captured. Media may be used by the Carion Fenn Foundation, Carion Fenn, Health 180 with Carion Fenn, Rogers TV, and our attendees, partners, stakeholders, funders, and associated organizations, for purposes including but not limited to:

• online posting (websites, social media, digital platforms)
   
• livestream broadcasts
   
• television (including Rogers TV)
   
• printed or digital publications
   
• promotional materials
   
• educational or program-related videos
   
• other uses as deemed appropriate by the Foundation or its partners
   

By attending or participating in any Carion Fenn Foundation program or event, you are acknowledging and consenting to the possibility that your image, voice, or likeness may be captured and used as described above.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded:

1. Please notify us in advance, or speak to a staff member or volunteer upon arrival.
    
2. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of camera locations and assist in minimizing your appearance; however, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in any recordings or photos.
    
3. For online or livestreamed programs, please keep your camera off and avoid placing yourself within view of any on-site cameras.
    

By attending with a child, registering a child, or permitting a child to participate, you acknowledge and agree:

“I give permission for my child’s recorded image (video or photograph) to be used by the Carion Fenn Foundation for their website, social media, publications, workshop presentations, promotional material, and other program-related uses.”

If you do not consent to your child being included in media, please inform us before the event so we can assist where possible.

Attendance at any Carion Fenn Foundation event, program, or activity constitutes:

• consent to be recorded or photographed, and
   
• permission for the Foundation and associated parties to use such media for the purposes described above, unless you have notified us of concerns in advance.
