Carion Fenn Foundation invite you to join our FREE 3rd Annual Resilience Workshop focusing on “Stress”, Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023, 6pm – 8pm Eastern at the Clarington Public Library Newcastle Branch 150 King Ave E, Newcastle, ON L1B-1H5 Canada or Courtice Branch at 2950 Courtice Rd, Courtice, ON L1E 2H8 Canada in partnership with Clarington Public Library, The Municipality of Clarington, Canadian Mental Health Association Durham, and Ajax Legion. Learn everything you need to know about the 3 main stress types in one’s life. Not all stress is bad, but we want to help you address any stress that may be in your life, the life of a loved one or someone you care about with expert Speakers, Questions and Answer period and a Healing Activity.

Our host and speakers will be at the presenting location in Newcastle and the 2nd location will be set up to have Virtual participation into the branch allowing attendings to join into the Conversation as one event with our facilitator.  Branch.
