About Us: The Carion Fenn Foundation is a Registered Charity established to provide support, education and resources to individuals impacted by Syringomyelia, Chiari Malformation, Mental Health, Chronic Diseases and Rare Diseases through a variety of health and wellness programs that are free to the public.

Our programs: Paul Culver & Sparky Johnson Seniors Program, Alex Monaghan Support Programs (Mental Health Chat, Pickering Flag Raising, Mental Health Day at Queens Park; Kids Wellness Forum); Mental Health Forum, Resilience Workshop, Rare Disease Support Programs (Rare Disease Expo & Rare Disease Support Group); Durham Black Network (Black Open Mic & Black Experience Townhall); Ajax Homeless Support; Podcast & more.

Our goal is to address the needs of individuals and ensure that no one who is impacted by the physical, emotional, or social symptoms of chronic or rare diseases has to go through such devastating challenges alone. As a registered charity, we evaluate the needs of the community and implement our programs to support community members.

How Our Sponsorship, Partnership & Exhibitor Package Works:

We have many programs throughout the year to assist our various groups. Simply choose the package below that best suits your intentions & goals; complete and submit your application and make your payment online below or email transfer the amount to support@carionfenn.org.
